Commissioner Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:01PM.

ROLL CALL:

Present: Commissioner Dan Peterson and Commissioner Brad Williamson.

Absent: Commissioner Kate Windus.

Staff: Civil Service Secretary Carrie Snowden.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Commissioner Peterson opened for consideration for approval of the Civil Service Commission minutes of February 7, 2024. Motion: Approve the Civil Service Commission minutes of February 7. 2024. Moved by Commissioner Williamson, Seconded by Commissioner Peterson. Motion Carried.

OLD BUSINESS:

Commisioner Peterson has questions regarding any updates within the Police Department, when and where the next Coffee with the Cops will take place and the progress on updating the Civil Service rules and regulations. He will email those to me since Chief Hawley is not in attendance.

NEW BUSINESS:

Commissioner Peterson opened for consideration for approval of the Lateral Certification List. Motion: Approve the Lateral Certification list as written. Moved by Commissioner Williamson, Seconded by Commissioner Peterson. Motion Carried.
