TRAFFIC. 23600 block of Brier Road. 40 year of age Asian male from Seattle driving a 1992 Plymouth Voyager was stopped for obstructed vision, expired vehicle license and unresolved report of sale. Computer check on his out of state driver's license showed it to be expired. He was cited for No Valid Operator's License, Expired Vehicle License, No Proof of Insurance and Fail to Transfer Vehicle Title and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.
HUMANE / HARASSMENT. 3000 block of 227 St SW. 55 year of age white female from Brier reports her 57 year of age white female neighbor became angry at her regarding her cats and shouted profanities and made derogatory comments to her while she was out in her yard.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21600 block of 20 Pl W. 40 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) shot paint balls at her neighbor's residence.
HUMANE. 2400 block of Nike Manor Road. 29 year of age white female reports her neighbor's dog at large. Dog returned to owner.
WARRANT / MALICIOUS MISCHIEF / ASSAULT. 23700 block of 29 Ave W. 16 year of age white male from Brier reports while driving, a 16 year of age passenger in his vehicle threw water at male subjects walking in the area. They then turned around and passed the subjects at which time one of the walkers punched out his passenger side rear window. The walking subjects were located and one of them, a 16 year of age white male from Brier, admitted to doing the damage. Another of the subjects, a 17 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace, was found to have an outstanding warrant. All subjects declined to pursue charges. The warrant subject was booked into jail and the others released to their parents.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 38 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 2000 Nissan Maxima stopped as check of license plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended driving status. Driver identified as registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, and released. Vehicle left legally parked.
TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Rd. 41 year of age Hispanic male from Kenmore driving a 2001 Chevy Venture stopped for cancelled plates. Record check of driver showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle secured and left at scene.

TRAFFIC. 2800 block of 236 St SW. 55 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1994 Ford Probe was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He intentionally disregarded the lights, siren and public address system commands to get him to pull over and drove approximately 1 mile to his residence. He was then contacted, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, No Ignition Interlock, Fail to Immediately Pull Over/Stop and Fail to Signal and released. The vehicle was impounded.
HARASSMENT. 3600 block of 227 St SW. 19 year of age white male from Brier was arrested and booked into jail for physically threatening an 18 year of age white male from Lynnwood and his family.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 21400 block of Oak Way. 35 year of age white male from Brier riding a 2006 Suzuki GSXR 600 motorcycle attempted to stop for a vehicle entering the roadway which caused the rear wheel of the motorcycle to slide out from underneath him. The second vehicle did not stop and left the scene. The motorcycle rider sustained minor injuries.

COMMERCIAL BURGLARY. 23600 block of Brier Road. While on patrol officer heard an audible alarm. The alarm was found to be coming from a local grocery store. It appears suspect(s) gained entry through an unlocked window which caused the alarm to sound. Area searched for suspect(s) with negative results. Nothing appeared to be missing.

TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 39 year of age white male from Seattle driving a 2007 GMC truck was stopped for failing to stop at stop sign. Computer check revealed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

HUMANE. 2300 block of 216 Pl SW. 47 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace reports he is in the business of trapping live animals for relocation. He was hired by a Brier resident to trap nuisance raccoons. The resident advised him two raccoons had been trapped. When he arrived to retrieve the raccoons he found someone had released them. He suspects a neighbor.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Revoked 3rd Degree and No Ignition Interlock as Required and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 3500 block of 228 St SW. 17 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1999 BMW turned his head to look at a passing vehicle and struck a 2004 Honda CRV which had stopped in the roadway for traffic. No injuries reported.

He also reports he discovered a corner of the plastic top covering the vehicles had been melted.

HUMANE. 2600 block of 239 St SW. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports his neighbor's dog jumping its fence and coming into his yard. He did not wish the owners contacted at this time.

TRAFFIC - PHYSICAL CONTROL. 22600 block of 32 Ave W. Dispatched to a suspicious vehicle. Officer contacted a 22 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace who had been sleeping in the vehicle which was still running. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in issuance of citation for Physical Control of a Vehicle While Under the Influence of Intoxicants. She was released with out further incident.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 2400 block of 215 Pl SW. 43 year of age white male from Brier reports someone took his Nintendo Wii, controllers and games valued at approximately $700. He suspects a friend of his house sitter. Pending investigation.
RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 65 year of age white male from Brier reports he observed two juvenile subjects walking in the park carrying what appeared to be rifles. The 16 and 17 year of age white male suspects from Lynnwood were located. They were found to be in possession of Air Soft rifles and had been pointing them at subjects in the skate park. Suspects were released to a parent. Rifles seized for safe keeping.

FURNISHING LIQUOR / MINOR IN POSSESSION OF ALCOHOL / RESISTING ARREST. Dispatched to report of loud music. Contacted 18 and 19 year of age minors who were drinking in a back garage of the residence. The 18 year of age resident was cited for Furnishing Liquor to Minors and released. All other parties were cited for Minor in Possession/ Consumption of Alcohol and released. One suspect fled from officers and was also cited for Resisting Arrest.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23500 block of 24 Ave W. 15 year of age white female from Brier reports some one put peanut butter, shaving crème, cat litter, plastic wrap, syrup, spray paint and toilet paper on her residence and vehicles parked in her driveway. She suspect(s) a fellow student.
FRAUD. 22600 block of 22 Pl W. 62 year of age white male from Brier reports his 32 year of age son used his ATM card to make unauthorized withdrawals totaling over $1400.00. Investigation pending.

INFORMATION. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 23 year of age male reports his Florida identification card stolen and needed to file police report to pass security to fly from Washington to Alaska on 080909. Check of subject revealed he possessed non-extraditable felony warrants out of Florida. Parole officer notified. Due to the warrants, request for the type of report he needed was denied.
POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA / PARAPHERNALIA. 2000 block of Vine Road. Three 18 year of age white males contacted at City park after closing and found to be in possession of glass smoking pipe and small amount of suspected marijuana. Items confiscated for destruction. Subjects released after warned for trespass in park and advised that further contacts for drugs would result in arrest.
