TRAFFIC / ROAD RAGE. 22700 block of Old Poplar Way. 55 year of age white male from Brier reports while stopped at an intersection, an unknown subject riding a motorcycle yelled at him accusing him of speeding and stalking. Attempted to locate suspect with negative results.
HUMANE / NUISANCE. 23300 block of 39 Pl W. 51 year of age white male from Brier reports his 52 year of age white female neighbor's dog barking causing a nuisance.

FRAUD. 23300 block of 38 Pl W. 29 year of age white female from Brier reports she was contacted by email from an unknown person interested in purchasing an item she was selling on Craigslist. The person wished to purchase the item and stated they would send a check in excess of the amount requesting she return the excess to him via Western Union. She received the check which was determined to be fraudulent. She was advised to report the incident to FBI on line.

VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 23500 block of 39 Ave W. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her 1996 Chrysler Sebring convertible by cutting the top and removed an Ipod.
TRAFFIC. 21700 block of Vine Road. 44 year of age white male from Edmonds driving a 1983 Toyota Tercel was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 17 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 2005 Mazda RX8 was stopped for equipment violation. Computer check showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released.
THEFT. 21400 block of Oak Way. 21 year of age white female from Brier reports she purchased tickets to a concert on line and never received them.

DISTURBANCE. 3100 block of 226 Pl SW. Dispatched to report of juveniles fighting in the roadway. The fight had dispersed, however subjects involved were located in the area. None of the participants would assist in investigation.
LOST PROPERTY. 21300 block of Poplar Way 62 year of age white male from Las Vegas reports he lost his Nevada State Driver's license and requires a police report to clear check with airlines to return home.

TRAFFIC. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 26 year of age white male from Granite Falls was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 27 year of age Hispanic male from Bothell driving a 1992 Toyota 4 Runner was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner possessed an outstanding warrant. The subject was not the registered owner, however, computer check on his driving status found it to be suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
DUI. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 23 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1989 Toyota pickup was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed it was not a current record. Odor of intoxicants was detected. Further investigation resulted in issuance of citation for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released at his residence. The vehicle was released to a third party.

VEHICLE PROWL. 23800 block of Brier Road. 28 year of age white female from Brier reports her neighbor observed a subject exit a vehicle and break out the window of her 2002 Kia Spectra which was parked on the roadside. The suspect then re-entered his vehicle and fled from the scene. Nothing was found missing. Pending investigation.

He was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail without incident.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 21500 block of 21 Ave W. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) accessed her computer and removed all of her settings and files.
TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 27 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1996 Ford Ranger pickup was stopped for no front license plate. Computer check showed his driving status suspended with an outstanding warrant. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, arrested on the warrant and booked into jail. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

BURGLARY. 21300 block of 38 Pl W.41 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his backyard shed and removed yard trimming equipment valued at approximately $400.
THEFT. 2400 block of 226 St SW. 34 year of age white male from Brier reports an employee of a flooring contractor who was hired to install flooring, removed an Ipod from his residence. Pending investigation.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. Intersection of 228th St SW and Brier Road. 37 year of age white female from Bothell driving a 2007 Subaru Outback failed to yield the right of way to a 41 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1998 Dodge Intrepid causing a collision. No injuries reported. Both vehicles sustained damage meeting threshold requirements.

Upon contact he stated he did not possess a driver's license. Computer check of his driving status showed it to be suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree and booked into jail. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 22200 block of Brier Road. Officer reports while patrolling the school area he observed 3 juveniles fleeing the area. A check of the area resulted in finding a pair of tennis shoes and pants. The items were entered into property. No evidence of a crime found.

FOUND PROPERTY. 22000 block of Brier Road. Federal Express package delivered on 070709 observed on porch of vacant property addressed to previous resident. Package retrieved to be returned to addressee.

SUSPICIOUS PERSON. 22800 block of Brier Road. Officer contacted an 87 year of age Hispanic male who was walking pulling luggage. He stated he was returning to Mexico. The subject's 64 year of age daughter from Brier arrived on scene and took custody of him.
NUISANCE / HUMANE. 22800 block of 32 Ave W. 45 year of age white male from Brier reports his neighbor's dogs barking causing a nuisance. Attempted contact with suspect homeowner with negative results.

Driver identified as registered owner, cited for Driving While License suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle driven from scene by licensed driver.
ARSON / OBSTRUCTING. 22200 block of Brier Rd. Two juvenile males observed running from scene of port-a-potty on fire. Pursuit resulted in apprehension of two 16 year of age males, who admitted they had lit a "Sparkler Bomb" inside the port-a-potty, which caused the fire. Juveniles released to parents. Referred to prosecutor.

She was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released from scene. Vehicle left legally parked.
LIQUOR / DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. 23600 block of 35 Ave W. Dispatched to loud party complaint. Upon arrival, large group of what appeared to be juveniles observed outside of residence drinking from red plastic cups. They quickly fled inside residence. Large amount of liquor and large glass bong observed inside residence. Homeowner, 46 year of age male, contacted and admitted to allowing the party, but denied knowledge or permission for anyone to use illegal drugs on the premises.
