He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left parked at the scene.

TRAFFIC. 21600 block of Poplar Way. 18 year of age white male from Seattle driving a 1986 Toyota Camry stopped for expired tabs. Further investigation found he had purchased the vehicle, but had not registered it in his name. Citation issued for Failure to Tranfer Title Within 45 Days.
HARASSMENT / THREATS. 23700 block of 35 Ave W. Harassment. 46 year of age white male from Brier reports receiving threatening phone calls from his brother. Investigaton / charges pending.
WARRANT. 21600 block of Poplar Way. 20 year of age white male from Brier observed driving from his residence. Officer knew him to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported and booked into jail. His vehicle was left secured and legally parked at scene.
TRAFFIC / DRUGS. 20400 block of Poplar Way. 30 year of age white female from Olympia driving a 1998 Buick Skylark stopped as check of plate showed the registered owner to having a suspended driving status. Driver identified as registered owner. Odor of marijuana detected. Search of vehicle located suspected marijuana in a backpack, which driver indicated belonged to her. Suspected marijuana confiscated. Charges pending.
HARASSMENT. 22800 block of 29 Ave W. 31 year of age white male from Brier reports a black male, whom he knows through a friend, has been calling and threatening to harm him and damage his truck or his home.

CREATING UNNECESSARY NOISE. 2400 block of Nike Manor Rd. Received loud party complaint from anonymous caller. Upon arrival the house was quiet and nobody answered the door. Homeowner had been given two verbal warnings for noise that night. Homeowner, 22 year of age white male, mailed infraction for Creating Unnecessary Noise.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 29 year of age white male from Snohomish driving a 1986 Chevy pickup swerved to avoid hitting a cat in the road, causing his vehicle to leave the roadway and hit a telephone pole. No injuries sustained. Driver unable to provide proof of insurance. Infraction for Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance mailed to driver.

as computer check of the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. She was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was driven from scene by a licensed driver.
TRAFFIC. 3500 block of 228 St SW. 32 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1988 Ford Bronco stopped as check of plates showed they were expired and an unresolved report of sale from 2007. Driver cited for Failure to Transfer Title Within 45 Days and released.
INFORMATION. 23000 block of 29 Ave W. 45 year of age white female from Brier reports receiving phone calls at all hours of the day and night from a private number where the caller hangs up when she answers. Investigation pending.
MISSING PERSON. 3200 block of 226 Pl SW. 57 year of age white female from Brier reports her husband and son went to the mountains to explore abandoned mines and had not returned home at 2100 hours as planned. She called a short while later and reported they had called her and advised they were on their way home.

MIP / FURNISHING. 24000 block of 27 Pl W. Responded to juvenile party complaint. Repeated knocks at the door went unanswered. Large amount of alcohol observed in the backyard. Finally, a 19 year of age white female answered the door and identified herself as a resident. She was mailed citation for Minor in Possession / Furnishing for providing the location of the party as well as the liquor consumed.

THEFT. 3300 block of 238 St SW. 35 year of age black male cab driver from Seattle reports he picked up a fare in Everett and transported her to a Brier residence where she refused to pay him. The 38 year of age white female from Snoqualmie was contacted and payment was arranged without further incident.
ATTEMPTED BURGLARY. 21700 block of 20 Pl W. 50 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) attempted to pry open a rear entry door to her residence causing damage to the lock.
TRESPASS. 21600 block of 37 Pl W. 30 year of age white female from Brier reports her neighbor's teenage kids coming onto her property to retrieve their sporting balls without permission. Settled by contact.

DUI. 3800 block of 228 St SW. 42 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1999 Dodge Dakota pickup was reported by citizens to be driving erratically. He was located parked outside his residence. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in his arrest for Driving While Under the Influence of Alcohol, Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Resisting Arrest. He was then booked into jail.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3400 block of Alaska Road. Citizen reported two subjects damaging street signs. The two suspects were located and identified as a 19 year of age white male from Kenmore and a 17 year of age white female from Kenmore. The male subject admitted to damaging the signs. He was cited for Malicious Mischief 3rd Degree. Both parties were released at their residence.
AGENCY ASSIST. 2900 block of 215 Pl SW. Assisted Washington State Patrol with retrieval of a 1999 Lexus GS300 which had been involved in a pursuit and had crashed into exposed rebar in construction area. Unable to locate occupants.

RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 3600 block of 227 St SW. 48 year of age white female from Bothell reports she believes someone entered a residence she is house-sitting and consumed food and beverages. Appears suspect(s) may have entered through small dog entrance door. No other items found to be missing at this time.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21400 block of Oak Way. 52 year of age white male from Brier reports someone threw eggs at his residence and vehicle. He suspects a 18 year of age female who is engaged in a dispute with his 17 year of age daughter.

TRAFFIC. 2900 block of 228 St SW. 22 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 2006 Scion XB was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
ARSON. 2600 block of Elm Drive. 63 year of age white male from Lynnwood reports the barked area of the playground equipment at a city park on fire. The fire was extinguished by fire department. Fire possibly started by teenage subjects who were observed in the area.
HUMANE. 3200 block of 238 St SW. Citizens report a dog appearing to be neglected. Officer located the dog and found it to be malnourished and dehydrated. The 64 year of age white male owner transported the dog to veterinarian. Case forwarded to Prosecutor's Office for further processing.

VEHICLE FIRE. 23500 block of Brier Road. 36 year of age white male from Brier reports he poured gasoline and starting fluid into a 1977 Chevrolet Blazer carburetor in attempt to get it started. The vehicle back fired when he turned the ignition which ignited the fire. He extinguished the fire with a garden hose.
