MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 2600 block of 241 Pl SW. 67 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) loosened one of the propane gas hoses to her outdoor grill and a large quantity of propane leaked out.
TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 22 year of age Hispanic male from Bothell driving a 1993 Honda Accord was stopped for expired tabs. He did not have a driver's license in Washington or any other state, and stated he had illegally entered the US through Arizona about two years ago. He was cited for NVOL w/out ID and booked into jail. Immigration Office notified. Vehicle impounded.

TRAFFIC. Alaska Road and Brier Road. 36 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1987 Honda Prelude stopped as check of license plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended license. Driver identified as registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, and released.
TRAFFIC / NARCOTICS. 21700 block of Poplar Way. 21 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1996 Subaru Legacy was stopped for defective equipment. Odor of marijuana was detected. The driver was identified and arrested for an outstanding warrant and suspended driving status. Search of vehicle located suspected marijuana. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, Possession of Marijuana and released to jurisdiction of warrant. The vehicle was impounded.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. 23200 block of 35 Ave W. 19 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1992 Buick Regal could not see due to an incline in the roadway and struck a 2008 Lexus LS driven by a 55 year of age white male which was blocking the roadway. No injuries reported.

TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 22 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 1997 Ford Explorer was stopped for equipment violation. Computer check revealed her driving status suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was released to a third party.
ASSAULT. 21000 block of Locust Way. 35 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace reports a white adult female approached him regarding the parking of his vehicle and an argument ensued. The victim walked away. When he returned to his vehicle it had liquid substances poured on it. A white male adult, claiming to be the husband of the female, then approached him and became aggressive pulling a knife out and chasing him. The victim fled the area and phoned 911. The 29 year of age white male suspect from Lynnwood was located, arrested for Assault and booked into jail.

TRAFFIC. 228 St SW at 228 Pl SW. 44 year of age white male from Seattle driving a 1990 Volvo 740 was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked.

TRAFFIC / WARRANT. 21500 block of Poplar Way. 26 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 2006 Toyota Scion was stopped as computer check on the vehicle license plate revealed the registered owner's driving status suspended and an outstanding warrant. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, arrested on the warrant and booked into jail.

TRAFFIC / WARRANT. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 22 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1998 Audi A6 was stopped for expired vehicle license. Computer check on him showed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Computer check on the 19 year of age passenger from Everett whom he wished the vehicle released to, revealed outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was arrested and booked into jail. The vehicle was then released to a licensed driver.

TRAFFIC. 22800 block Brier Rd. 24 year of age white male from Everett driving a 2005 Hyundai Accent stopped as routine check of license plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended license 3rd degree. He initially provided false name and date of birth, but eventually identified himself as the registered owner. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Obstructing Law Enforcement Officer and released. Vehicle released to third party.
TRAFFIC. Russett Rd and Brier Rd. 24 year of age white male from Seattle driving a 1999 Ford Mustang stopped as vehicle did not have a front license plate and check of DOL showed an unresolved report of sale. Driver identified as the new owner and found to have a suspended license. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Failure to Transfer Title. Vehicle driven from scene by third party.

INFORMATION. 23900 block of Brier Rd. 52 year of age white male from Quincey reports he evicted renters from his property and upon cleaning it found a baggie containing a green leafy substance. Substance tested negative for marijuana and placed into property for destruction.

INFORMATION - POSSIBLE NARCOTICS ACTIVITY. 3200 block of 227 St SW. 47 year of age white male from Kenmore reports the past few weeks, a white male,16-19 years of age, sits in front of his mother's residence in Brier in a Mercury Cougar and appears to put a white substance into baggies and write on a clipboard. Search of shrubs near scene located a plastic bottle containing two bags. Bags processed but did not contain any testable substances.
CUSTODIAL INTERFERENCE. 22900 block of 27 Av W. 28 year of age white female from Brier reports her son's father failed to return their son at the specified time, and is unable to be contacted. She was unable to locate copy of parenting plan, but will obtain copy as soon as possible. Charges pending.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23600 block of 35 Ave W. 22 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) dented the front fender of his 1971 Datsun 510 which had been parked on the roadside in front of his residence.
MISSING PERSON. 23100 block of 32 Ave W. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports her 16 year of age daughter runaway. She was entered into the Missing Person database pending locate.

TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. Poplar Way at Larch Way. 59 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2007 Toyota 4-Runner collided with a 17 year of age white male from Lynnwood riding a bicycle. Neither party suffered injury. Driver of the vehicle was cited for Pedestrian's Right of Way on Sidewalk and Fail to Obey Traffic Control Signal Legend and released.
TRAFFIC ACCIDENT. Poplar Way at Larch Way. 44 year of age white female from Lynnwood was walking in a crosswalk when she was struck by an unknown subject driving a black Chevrolet El Camino who fled the scene. She suffered head lacerations and was transported by aid to hospital.
WARRANT SERVICE. 5900 block of 186 Pl SW. 36 year of age white male from Lynnwood was arrested at his residence for outstanding misdemeanor warrants and booked into jail.

MISSING PERSON. 23100 block of 32 Ave W. 39 year of age white female from Brier reports her 16 year of age daughter left for school but did not arrive there. The school later reported they located her in class.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 23800 block of 28 Pl W. 48 year of age white female from Brier reports subject dressed in camouflage, carrying what appeared to be rifle, hiding in bushes. Two 15 year of age white male subjects from Brier were located and found to be combating with airsoft rifle toys.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 23900 block of 28 Pl W. 60 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown persons(s) entered his open garage and took alcohol and food.
