SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 2800 block of 236 St SW. 47 year of age white female from Brier reports being contacted at her residence by subjects inquiring about renting her house. The home is not for rent at this time. She was informed there is an ad on Craig's List listing it for rent and requesting the rent money be forwarded to a subject in Nigeria.
TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3600 block of 214 St SW. 18 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2000 Acura failed to yield the right of way to an oncoming 1992 Honda Accord driven by a 58 year of age white male from Seattle causing the collision. No injuries reported.
RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 23600 block of 27 Pl W. 39 year of age white male reports unknown person(s) entered his residence by forcing open the rear door and removed jewelry, and computer and electronic equipment. Pending investigation.

During the L & I hearing the subject produced a stolen deposit slip belonging to his company account. Pending investigation.

ASSAULT. 2200 block of 213 St SW. 38 year of age white female from Seattle reports her 17 year of age son was pushed and choked by a subject while attending a party in Brier. The victim did not know the identity of the suspect and did not have any injury marks from the incident. Pending investigation.
MINOR IN POSSESSION. 3600 block of 232 St SW. Two 16 year of age white males, one from Lynnwood and one from Brier, were contacted for trespassing on school property. Open containers of alcohol were located. The subjects were released pending charges for Minor in Possession.

MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3600 block of 233 Pl SW. 72 year of age white female from Brier reports someone broke out a garage window of her vacant rental home and entered the residence. Nothing reported missing. She suspects the previous renter.

ATTEMPTED FRAUD. 23400 block of 38 Pl W. 62 year of age white male from Brier reports he received a phone call from an unknown person who informed him he would receive $150,000 if he paid the party $69 for the taxes. Appears the call originated from Jamaica.
HARASSMENT. 22200 block of Brier Road. 13 year of age Asian female from Mountlake Terrace reports a 14 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace threatened to slit her and another student's throat. Discipline to be determined by school authorities.
TRAFFIC. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 39 year of age white female from Lake Stevens reports a vehicle being driven in a negligent manner. The vehicle was located and the 57 year of age white male driver from Brier was cited for Negligent Driving and released.

MISSING PERSON. 3100 block of Russet Road. 44 year of age white female from Brier reports her 18 years of age son left the residence around 2100 hours on 02/27/09 and has not seen or heard from him since. He was entered into the Missing Person database.
HUMANE. 22900 block of 34 Ave W. 55 year of age white female from Brier reports as she was walking her dog, another dog jumped over it's fence and bit her dog in the hind quarter. Owner of suspect dog informed she was responsible for any veterinary costs incurred from this incident.

TRESPASS. 2900 block of 228 St SW. Three white males from the area were located inside the fenced skate park which is currently under construction. All left the area without further incident.

NARCOTICS VIOLATION. 22700 block of Poplar Way. 16 and 17 year of age white males from Kenmore parked in city park after closing hours. Suspected marijuana and paraphernalia was located in the vehicle and confiscated. Pending charges.
