POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. 21300 block of 38 Pl W. 19 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was stopped for traffic. Odor of marijuana was detected. Search of vehicle located a water pipe commonly used for smoking marijuana. The pipe was seized for destruction. The driver was released without further incident.
FRAUD. 3700 block of 235 Pl SW. 76 year of age white male from Brier reports payments to Verizon in the amount of $2,900 has been removed from his checking account without his permission. Pending investigation.
THEFT / MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3700 block of 237 Pl SW. 49 year of age white male from Brier reports while on vacation his 19 year of age son had company to their residence during which time items were stolen and property damaged. Information only at this time.
POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. 3900 block of 228 St SW. 21 year of age white female from Brier was stopped for traffic. Odor of marijuana was detected. Search of vehicle located a pipe commonly used for smoking narcotics. She was cited for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Fail to Stop at Stop Sign and booked into jail. The vehicle was released to a third party.

WARRANT SERVICE. 21200 block of 44 Ave W. 22 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was stopped for traffic. Record check located an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail without further incident. The vehicle was released to a third party.

He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.
SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 3700 block of 214 St SW. Information received runaway juveniles may be hiding in a local church. Perimeter check of the church found a door ajar. The church was searched with negative results.

The hole in the window was consistent with a BB striking glass. Area checked for suspect vehicle with negative results.

ILLEGAL DUMPING. 23600 block of 28 St SW. 59 year of age white female from Brier reports someone dumping vegetation clippings on her property. She suspects the neighboring resident.

DUI / RECKLESS DRIVING. 22800 block of 44 Ave W. 26 year of age white male from Des Moines driving a 1997 Saab was stopped for speeding and driving erratically. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in issuance of a citation for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Reckless Driving. He was then booked into jail. The vehicle was impounded.
MAIL THEFT & TAMPERING. 22200 block of 34 Ave W. 57 year of age white female from Brier reports she continually receives mail that has been opened or tampered with in some way and believes she is missing bank and financial statements.
HIT & RUN. 3000 block of 232 St SW. 50 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) drove a vehicle onto her property and into a mailbox post causing damage. Area checked for the vehicle with negative results.

Computer check revealed his driving status suspended with an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was arrested for the warrant, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and booked into jail. The vehicle was released to a third party.

THREATS. 21900 block of 34 Ave W. 49 year of age white female from Brier reports she purchased an item which was shipped from Texas. She refused to accept the item due to damage because of poor packaging. The merchant then phoned her threatening "bad things would happen".
TRAFFIC. 21400 block of Poplar Way. 35 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 1983 American Jeep was stopped as computer check revealed his driving status suspended. He was cited and booked into jail for Driving While License Suspended 2nd Degree. The vehicle was released to a third party.

Search of the vehicle located suspected marijuana and paraphernalia in the rear passenger compartment. The driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. The 25 year of age rear passenger from Snohomish was cited and booked into jail for Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Paraphernalia. The vehicle was left legally parked at the scene.

Her mother attempted to push the vehicle free with negative results. The driver exited the vehicle. The vehicle then slid backward pinning her mother under it. She was transported by aid to hospital. Unknown extent of injuries at this time.
MALICIOUS MISCHIEF / THEFT. 22200 block of Brier Road. School official reports unknown person(s) removed CD lenses from eight of their computers valued at $800.

Both the driver and the 19 year of age passenger from Lynnwood released suspected marijuana and paraphernalia to the officer. They were given verbal warnings and released.
