Responded to a verbal dispute which resulted in the arrest of a 20 year of age white male from Marysville for an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. DECEMBER 28, 2007 DEATH INVESTIGATION. 23000 block of 35 Av W. 51 year of age white male from Brier found deceased in his residence. Appears the victim died from natural causes. DOMESTIC ASSAULTS - 0 DOMESTIC DISPUTES (No Assault) - 1 INFRACTIONS ISSUED - 0 WRITTEN WARNINGS - 1 DECEMBER 21, 2007 THROUGH DECEMBER 25, 2007 DECEMBER 21, 2007 TRAFFIC. Castle Drive and North Castle Way. 22 year of age white male from Kenmore driving a 1994 Honda Civic was stopped for not wearing seatbelt. Record check revealed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle secured and left legally parked at scene. TRAFFIC. 2100 block of Larch Way. 47 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1997 Nissan Altima was stopped as record check revealed his driving status suspended. He was cited for Operating Motor Vehicle with Suspended Registration and released. Plates removed from vehicle for destruction. THREATS. 3500 block of 214 St SW. 17 year of age white male from Brier reports receiving a threatening message on his MySpace from a 16 year of age white male from Lynnwood. Further investigation found no direct threat was made toward the reporting party. THEFT. 21200 block of 38 Pl W. 18 year of age white female from Brier reports her purse stolen from her bedroom. She suspects her 14 year of age brother whom she confronted. The purse and contents were later returned to her room. AGENCY ASSIST / ROAD RAGE. 14500 block of Lake City Way. 33 year of age white female from Brier reports while driving home she went around a vehicle which was driving at approximately half the speed limit impeding traffic. While passing she looked at the driver who appeared to be masturbating. The driver then began yelling sexual remarks at the victim. Information forwarded to jurisdictional agency. DECEMBER 22, 2007 MISSING PERSON. 3300 block of 224 Pl SW. 48 year of age white Indian male from Brier reports his 16 year of age son missing. He was later located at a friend's residence. DECEMBER 23, 2007 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 24000 block of 29 Ave W. 57 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) drug an inflatable yard ornament down the road causing approximately $125 damage. MISSING PERSON. 3300 block of 232 St SW. 56 year of age white male from Brier reports his 87 year of age mother missing. She was located on December 25, 2007 in Skykomish. DECEMBER 24, 2007 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY / THEFT. 33 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his residence through unlocked basement door and removed his computer, camera and cash valued at $2,160. Method of entry unknown and no other items taken. VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 3100 block of 224 Pl SW. 53 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his 2004 Ford Van and removed miscellaneous hand tools valued at $400. Unknown if vehicle was locked. DECEMBER 18, 2007 ASSAULT. 3500 block of 220 Pl SW. 12 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace reports she was assaulted by three unknown juveniles while walking on a trail in the area. She also reported the same type of incident happened to her friend (see following incident) approximately two weeks ago. Suspects are described as a white male, a Hispanic male and a white female all in their teens. Pending investigation. ASSAULT. 3500 block of 220 Pl SW. 12 year of age white female from Mountlake Terrace reports approximately two weeks ago she was assaulted by three unknown juveniles while walking on a trail in the area. Suspects are described as a white male, a Hispanic male and a white female all in their teens. Pending investigation. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21700 block of 37 Pl SW. 53 year of age Asian male from Brier reports unknown person(s) slashed a tire on his 1991 Nissan Sentra causing approximately $85 damage. DECEMBER 19, 2007 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3500 block of 221 Pl SW. Dispatched to juveniles in a two tone Ford truck knocking over garbage cans in the area. Officer located the suspect vehicle occupied by three juvenile males from Bothell, Lynnwood and Brier. Officer followed the juveniles back to the scene and had them clean up the garbage. Parents notified. TRAFFIC. 23200 block of Brier Road. 19 year of age white female from Brier driving a 1999 Mitsubishi Mirage was stopped for Expired Vehicle License. Record check revealed her driving status suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene. FRAUD. 23400 block of 28 Av W. 61 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) made fraudulent purchases on her credit card totaling $2,000. Pending investigation. The mail did not contain any financial information. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at scene. Some wiring was destroyed when they took the lamp. THEFT / MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 2300 block of 226 St SW. 51 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) took three wooden snowmen from their yard and broke some plastic candy canes. TRAFFIC. 23200 block of Brier Road. 21year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1989 Honda Prelude was stopped for Expired Vehicle License. Further investigation found the license tab to belong to a different vehicle and record check on the driver found his driving status to be suspended. The driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Illegal Display of Tabs and released. The vehicle was released to a third party. TRAFFIC / WARRANT ARREST. 23600 block of Brier Road. 26 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 1987 Chevrolet Celebrity was stopped for Expired Vehicle License. Record check on the driver located an outstanding warrant and showed her driving status suspended. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and booked into jail on the warrant. DECEMBER 15, 2007 VEHICLE THEFT. 22600 block of 32 Av W. 19 year of age white female reports unknown person(s) took her 1994 Nissan Sentra which had been parked at her residence. The vehicle was later recovered by Marysville PD and occupied by a 24 year of age white female from Everett and a 26 year of age white male from Everett. Both were arrested. Vehicle returned to owner. VEHICLE PROWL / THEFT. 22300 block of 32 Av W. 32 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his 2001 Ford Explorer and removed debit cards and CD's. The debit cards were later recovered by Marysville PD in the possession of a 24 year of age white female from Everett and a 26 year of age white male from Everett. Both subjects were arrested. DECEMBER 16, 2007 THEFT. 2900 block of 216 Pl SW. 22 year of age white male from Brier reports his12 gauge shotgun stolen from his residence. He suspects his 18 year of age ex-girlfriend. Appears entry gained by breaking out a window. They were in dispute regarding the purchase of marijuana. RECKLESS DRIVING / TRAFFIC COLLISION. 2200 block of Vine Road. Officer located a 1990 Nissan 2SX in a ravine. Investigation found a 17 year of age white male from Shoreline lost control of the vehicle and went off the roadway into a steep ravine causing damage. The driver was cited for Reckless Driving. No injuries reported. DECEMBER 8, 2007 STOLEN VEHICLE RECOVERY. 23600 block of 35 Av W. 1999 Ford F350 pickup stolen out of jurisdiction of Snohomish County was located in Brier. Numerous items believed to be stolen were located inside the vehicle and seized. Vehicle was driven from the scene by the owner. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 3900 block of 214 St SW. Two white males from Everett, ages 17 and 18, found loitering in the area. Both stated they were waiting to meet with a friend. Subjects were searched for officer safety purposes and paraphernalia located. Both subjects were released with out charges. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 21300 block of 38 Pl W. 68 year of age white male from Brier reports he heard a loud explosion. Area checked with negative results. Driver suffered minor injuries. The brick struck his guitar and amplifier causing approximately $550 damage. She was entered into the system as missing. It was later reported she had returned home. DECEMBER 6, 2007 TRAFFIC. 21600 block of Poplar Way. 21 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1999 Dodge Avenger was stopped as record check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended driver's license. He was identified as the registered owner, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked. FORGERY. 3200 block of 228 St SW. 21 year of age Hispanic male from Mountlake Terrace driving a 1991 Honda Civic was stopped as record check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner to have a suspended driver's license. He was identified as the registered owner and placed under arrest for Driving While License Suspended. Search of vehicle located a forged Social Security Card. Subject was booked into jail for Forgery and held on Immigration Detainer.
