ROAD RAGE. 4000 block of 228 St SW. 23 year of age white male from Renton driving a 1996 Honda Civic reports a subject driving a Dodge Dakota pickup tailgated him in a negligent manner, then upon passing him, did the same to other vehicles. He was arrested for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. During the booking process at the jail he was also found to possess outstanding warrants. The van was located and the 27 year of age driver from Lynnwood was contacted. He stated he was in the area to meet with his girlfriend. He was instructed to discontinue loitering. Pending investigation. NARCOTICS / DRUG PARAPHERNALIA. 21200 block of 38 Pl W. 47 year of age white female Brier reports she found possible narcotics and paraphernalia in her residence. She believes the items belong to her 14 year of age son. NOVEMBER 22, 2007 TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 20 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1991 Toyota MR2 was stopped for defective equipment and license plate violation. Record check showed his driving status suspended. The driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. WARRANT SERVICE. 26 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace was contacted at his residence regarding an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. The subject was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail. NOVEMBER 23, 2007 HIT AND RUN - PROPERTY DAMAGE. 22600 block of 23 Pl W. 59 year of age white male from Brier reports he and his daughter heard crashing noise outside his residence then observed a vehicle leaving the area making a loud rattling sound. Further inspection of his vehicle found damage to the rear end and quarter panel. A metal piece of pipe believed to belong to the suspect vehicle was found in the roadway. NOVEMBER 24, 2007 MINOR DUI. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 16 year of age white male from Brier driving a 2003 Pontiac Grand Am was stopped for driving without headlights. Odor of intoxicants detected. Further investigation resulted in the arrest and issuance of a citation for Minor Operating a Vehicle After Alcohol Consumed. The driver was then released to his parents. WARRANT SERVICE. 4000 block of 212 St SW. 22 year of age black female from Mountlake Terrace was contacted at her residence regarding an outstanding misdemeanor warrant out of Brier. The warrant was confirmed and she was arrested and booked into jail. WARRANT SERVICE / INTRODUCING CONTRABAND. 20 year of age white female from Bothell driving a 1989 Ford Taurus was stopped as record check on the vehicle license plate showed the registered owner to have outstanding warrants. The driver was identified as the registered owner and arrested on the warrants. Search of the driver located suspected narcotics. Further search of the subject during booking located more suspected narcotics. NOVEMBER 27, 2007 FOUND PROPERTY. 21200 block of 44 Ave W. Citizen reports she found prescription medications in a Ritz box along the roadway. The dog was with his owner and two other dogs. No further information at this time. ELUDING / POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY. 21400 block of 44 Av W. Officer attempted a traffic stop on a 2006 Honda motorcycle which was stolen out of Mountlake Terrace. The driver first fled on the motorcycle then jumped from it and continued to flee on foot. K9 tracked with negative results. Investigation later resulted in the arrest of a 17 year of age white male from Lynnwood. TRAFFIC. 21200 block of Poplar Way. 28 year of age black male from Seattle driving a 1986 Toyota Corolla was stopped for defective equipment and failure to transfer title. A 37 year of age white female from Brier and a 33 year of age white male from Brier report their vehicles stolen from their driveway. The vehicles are a 1994 Chevrolet K3 pickup and a 1996 Volkswagen Jetta. Officers checked the residence and no evidence of burglary found. The vehicle was checked and the windows were found to have been rolled down. NOVEMBER 15, 2007 ROBBERY. 3800 block 214 St SW. 15 year of age white male from Brier was walking to school when he was stopped by two males, one black and one white, in their early twenties. One had what appeared to be a nine millimeter handgun and demanded his money. After taking $300 in cash they fled on foot. Investigation pending. It appears the suspect(s) bypassed the alarm system. NOVEMBER 10, 2007 POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY. 2600 block of 241 St SW. Officer received a Lojack signal indicating a stolen vehicle in the area. The vehicle was located parked in the driveway of a residence. Subjects at the residence were contacted and further investigation resulted in the arrest of a 23 year of age black male from Kent for Possession of Stolen Property. The subject was booked into jail.
