Investigation revealed no criminal record. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23800 block of 27 Pl SW. 47 year of age Asian female from Brier reports unknown person(s) put feces in a bag of fertilizer and left it on her porch. OCTOBER 31, 2007 TRAFFIC. 21700 block of Poplar Way. 48 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1973 Chevrolet Nova was stopped as record check on vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. The driver was identified as the registered owner and driving status was confirmed He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left parked at the scene. THEFT. 23400 block of 32 Av W. 54 year of age white female from Brier reports her 31 year of age daughter took her ATM card without permission and withdrew approximately $1,100 from her bank account. TRAFFIC. 3200 block of 214 St SW. 25 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 1996 Ford Thunderbird was stopped as record check on vehicle license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. Three juvenile males and one adult male were arrested for the assault and theft of a wallet from a 50 year of age white male from Brier. TRAFFIC COLLISION / TRAFFIC ARREST. 23200 block of Brier Road. 31 year of age white male from Everett driving a 1991 Toyota Camry was performing a U-turn when his vehicle was struck in the side by a 16 year of age pedi cyclist from Kenmore. OCTOBER 28, 2007 DRIVING WHILE INTOXICATED / HIT AND RUN UNATTENDED. 22800 block of Brier Road. 29 year of age white male from Shoreline driving a 2004 Ford Explorer was observed driving the vehicle with a blown tire on its rim. Upon contact odor of intoxicants were detected. Further investigation found the subject had struck a parked vehicle and was attempting to leave the scene. The subject was cited for Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicants and Hit and Run Unattended and booked into jail. Driver was identified as the registered, cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Check of the lock found it was defective with no indication the door had been kicked or entry gained. The 54 year of age Asian male from Brier was contacted and admitted to the allegation. Case forwarded to Prosecutor's Office for further processing. OCTOBER 18, 2007 AGENCY ASSIST. 5200 block 238 St SW. Assist Mountlake Terrace PD with foot pursuit of male subject with outstanding warrants. He was located in the backyard of a residence hiding under a shed and was taken into custody. FRAUD. 23000 block 32 Av W. 72 year of age white female from Brier reports unauthorized use of her debit card for online purchases. Card cancelled. DRUGS / PARAPHERNALIA. 2600 block Elm Drive. Received report of occupied suspicious vehicle in park. 17 year of age white female from Lynnwood and 18 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace contacted in vehicle. Odor of marijuana detected. Pipe containing suspected marijuana residue located in the glove box. Pipe confiscated for destruction. Both subjects released at scene. Driver was identified as the registered owner and cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle was released to the passenger. The driver was not the registered owner however his driving status was also suspended. The driver was placed under arrest. Search of his person and vehicle located suspected marijuana and a handgun. Vehicle was later located in the 23600 block of 39 Av W. The suspect(s) had removed the stereo valued at approximately $1,000. Record check on the 1998 Nissan Sentra found it to have been stolen out of Mountlake Terrace. The vehicle appeared to be drivable however the stereo system had been removed with extensive damage to the dash board area. The vehicle was released to the registered owner. Officers located a 21 year of age white male from Mountlake Terrace who had been yelling profanities because he had lost his shoe. Record check on the subject located and outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Subject was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail. OCTOBER 11, 2007 FOUND PERSON. Two juveniles, 12 year of age white female and 14 year of age white male, observed walking in the 2300 block of 27 Ave W during the early morning hours. Investigation found the female to have a Protective Custody warrant out of San Diego, CA for she and her 14 year of age sister. Sister located at nearby apartment complex and both were taken into custody. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 3300 block 228 St SW. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports a suspicious male in a newer silver Ford Mustang parked in front of her residence on two separate occasions and is concerned he may be stalking her 16 year of age daughter.
