No injuries reported. SEPTEMBER 28, 2007 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 2900 block of 216 Pl SW. 62 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered her residence through unlocked basement window and removed jewelry and a 42" High Definition TV. ORDER VIOLATION. 22700 block of Brier Road. 25 year of age black female from Seattle was stopped for the traffic. A 25 year of age black male from Everett was a passenger in the vehicle and found to be with the driver in violation of a No Contact Order. The male passenger was arrested and booked into jail. SEPTEMBER 29, 2007 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 23300 through the 23700 block of 39th Pl W. Unknown person(s) went through a neighborhood causing damage to property by spray painting and marking graffiti on vehicles, vessels, garage doors, fences and signs. FOUND PROPERTY / THEFT. 47 year of age white female from Brier reports she found numerous pieces of mail scattered about her lawn. The found mail was returned to the owners who reported the mail was most likely stolen from their mail boxes along with payroll checks. FRAUD. 23800 block of 37 Pl W. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports she received a phone call from an unknown person who stated they had found her husband's wallet. However, the caller's description of the property was incorrect which resulted in the complainant becoming suspicious and terminating the call. SEPTEMBER 25, 2007 TRAFFIC / DRUGS. 22800 block Old Poplar. 46 year of age white female from Lynnwood driving a 1988 Honda Prelude was stopped for speeding and was found to have a suspended license. 60 year of age male passenger found to be in violation of No Contact Order currently in effect between he and driver. Search of his person found drug paraphernalia and suspected methamphetamine. Driver cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released at scene. Passenger booked into jail. The dog's owner, a 40 year of age white female from Brier, was cited for Dog at Large. SEPTEMBER 27, 2007 WARRANT SERVICE. 3400 block of 228 St SW. 39 year of age white male from Edmonds driving a 1997 Ford was stopped as record check on vehicle license plate showed the registered owner to have an outstanding warrant. The driver was identified as the registered owner and booked into jail on the warrant. Vehicle was impounded. CHILD LURING. 3100 block of Russet Road. 13 year of age white female from Brier and her friend report when they were walking down the roadway a man in his mid 40's to early 50's driving a red Subaru drove by them then parked his vehicle. He then walked up to them and asked if they needed a ride. They did not and the subject left, possibly entering a nearby residence. AGENCY ASSIST. 4200 block of 236 St SW. In addition, someone has been using his personal information for a yahoo.com account. Owner has been contacted and issued multiple infractions for the nuisance noise, but it continues. Criminal citation may result. Investigation found plate was not current. Driver stated he never received new plates. He was given a verbal warning for the violation and released. SEPTEMBER 16, 2007 TRAFFIC. 21200 block Poplar Way. 40 year of age white female from Marysville driving a 2001 Dodge Ram stopped for not wearing her seatbelt. Check of DOL showed her license suspended 3rd degree. She was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Failure to Wear Safety Belt. She contacted a friend to pick up vehicle from scene. Check of his license revealed him to have a suspended license. He was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree. Pipe and small amount of suspected marijuana located in vehicle confiscated for destruction. Licensed passenger drove vehcicle from scene. Homeowner contacted and stated it was an accident. SEPTEMBER 11, 2007 ANIMAL COMPLAINT. 2700 block 234 St SW. 42 year of age black male from Brier cited for Dog Running at Large and Animal Nuisance after his dog broke his lead and was acting aggressively. SEPTEMBER 12, 2007 TRAFFIC/DRUGS. 3400 block 228 St SW. 39 year of age white male from Lynnwood driving a 1988 Mazda 626 was stopped as record check of license plate showed the registered owner's driving status suspended. Driver identified as registered owner. Search of vehicle incident to arrest located suspected Psilocybin mushrooms, a plastic baggie containing suspected methamphetamine, and two pipes containing suspected marijuana residue and suspected methamphetamine residue. Items confiscated. Driver denied all knowledge of the controlled substances. Driver cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and booked into jail. Investigation pending. SEPTEMBER 3, 2007 WARRANT SUBJECT. 22800 block 228 Pl. 42 year of age white male from Woodinville stopped for not wearing his seatbelt. Records check revealed he had an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. He was transported and booked into jail.
