Located four male subjects in their late teens drinking alcohol. One 19 year of age subject from Mountlake Terrace was arrested on an outstanding warrant and booked into jail. The remaining subjects were escorted from the property and released. AUGUST 29, 2007 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 2100 block of 238 St SW. 19 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) spray painted his 1994 Jeep Cherokee which had been parked in his driveway. FIREWORKS COMPLAINT. 3600 block of Alaska Road. 13 and 14 year of age white male subjects from Lynnwood were contacted and found to have been shooting off illegal fireworks. Both subjects were counseled and released to their parents. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES. 23600 block of 28 Av W. 57 year of age white female from Brier reports receiving a suspicious phone call from a collection agency. The complainant called the number back and found it to be a hospital. Record check located an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Subject was arrested and released to other jurisdiction. RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY. 3600 block 228 St SW. 51 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown suspect(s) entered his residence through a window and stole an Xbox 360 and jewelry. PUBLIC ASSIST. 21200 block 38 Pl W. 71 year of age white male from Brier reports a sewage pipe with it's cap blown off leaking a large amount of raw sewage onto his property. Public Works arrived on scene to make repairs. ATTEMPTED VEHICLE THEFT. 24000 block of 27 Pl W. 50 year of age white female from Brier reports on August 16, 2007 unknown person(s) entered her 1993 Jeep Cherokee and damaged the steering column in an apparent attempt to steal it. Then on August 23rd she observed subjects outside her residence by her vehicle and found they had entered her jeep again through back hatch and rummaged through the glovebox. Suspects were gone on arrival. Investigation found the motorcycle was stolen out of Seattle and the subject to be in possession of a stolen firearm and narcotics. The subject was booked into jail. He has asked the subject not to trespass on his property with negative results. TRAFFIC COLLISION. 3800 block of 228 St SW. 17 year of age white male from Bothell driving a 1997 Saab 900 did not notice the vehicles in front of him were stopped and could not stop before striking the 2003 Toyota Corolla driven by a 24 year of age white male from Kenmore which was in front of him. No injuries reported. Subject was transported to hospital by aid. Search of vehicle located suspected methamphetamine and paraphernalia. Subject was booked into jail for narcotics violation. Vehicle was impounded. The subject fled the area when he noticed he was being watched. At this time it is unknown if any items were actually taken. Upon investigation, an unknown black object that looked as if it had been duct taped was laying in the middle of the street blown open. There were also napkins strewn about that were on fire. No suspects located. However, one of the passengers, a 38 year of age black male from Seattle was the subject of the warrants and was arrested and booked into jail.
