Subject was booked into jail. HUMANE. 3400 block of 238 St SW. Anonymous female reports a horse being kept on property which does not meet ordinance requirements and appears to be malnourished. Owner contacted and notified of requirements to maintain a horse within the city limits. MAY 30, 2007 HUMANE. 22800 block of 29 Av W. 84 year of age white male from Brier reports a white Pitbull type dog entered his chicken coop and killed three of his chickens. The dog was apprehended and impounded. Owner is unknown at this time. TRAFFIC. 2800 block of Larch Way. 19 year of age black male from Lynnwood driving a 1990 Acura Integra was stopped as record check on license plate found the registered owner's driving status to be suspended. The driver was identified as the registered owner and cited. Vehicle was left legally parked at the scene. THEFT. 24300 block of Brier Road. 41 year of age Asian female from Brier reports two males removing metal from development property. A 29 year of age white male from Shoreline and a 29 year of age white male from Seattle were contacted and admitted they did not have permission to remove the metal. The land owner was contacted and declined to pursue charges. The metal was returned to the property and subjects were released. Subject located at her residence and admitted to making the calls. She was booked into jail for Phone Harassment. VEHICLE THEFT. 2200 block Brier Rd. 17 year of age white male from Brier reports his 2000 Toyota pickup had been stolen on 04-04-07. It was not reported at the time, as vehicle was recovered approximately one hour later by King County Sheriffs Office. MAY 15, 2007 FIGHT. 3100 block of Russet Road. Dispatched to a juvenile fight in progress. 37 year of age white male from Brier had broken up the fight and the juveniles dispersed prior to arrival. Three of the juvenile subjects reported the complainant had threatened them with a gun. THEFT. 22200 block of Brier Road. 14 year of age Asian male from Shoreline reports while attending a track meet in Brier unknown person(s) took his personal items which he had left on the transportation bus. VEHICLE THEFT. 2600 block of 241 Pl SW. 37 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) took her 1997 Plymouth Laser which had been parked in her driveway. Vehicle entered into system as stolen. ATTEMPTED BURGLARY. 3100 block of 228 St SW. 24 year of age white male from Brier reports the previous day he heard someone trying to open the back door to his residence. He turned on all the lights and shouted then heard someone running through the yard. He checked the premises and found the crawlspace door broken. The 27 year of age white male passenger from Brier was also identified for not wearing his seatbelt. Record check on the driver found her to have a suspended license. Record check on the passenger located an outstanding misdemeanor warrant. Search of the vehicle located suspected marijuana and paraphernalia. Driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended and Possession of Marijuana. Passenger was arrested on the warrant and booked into jail. Vehicle was released to a third party. Investigation found assault occurred in Mountlake Terrace jurisdiction. Dispatched to assist an intoxicated subject who had phoned 911. 51 year of age white male from Brier was contacted and transported by aid to hospital for evaluation.
