DECEMBER 22, 2006 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3500 block of 214 St SW. 53 year of age white female from Brier reports unknown person(s) drove an unknown vehicle into her yard causing damage to the landscaping and ornamental plants. TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 38 year of age white male from Shoreline driving a 1989 Ford Probe was stopped as record check on vehicle license plate showed registered owner's driving status suspended. Driver identified as registered owner and driving status confirmed. Driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle was left legally parked at the scene. THEFT. 23300 block of 38 Av W. 69 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) removed a weed-whacker from his carport. Neighborhood canvassed with negative results. DECEMBER 23, 2006 TRAFFIC. 22800 block of Brier Road. 30 year of age white male from Brier driving a 1999 Kia was stopped as record check on vehicle license plate showed registered owner's driving status suspended. Driver identified as registered owner and driving status confirmed. Driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle was left legally parked at the scene. DECEMBER 25, 2006 NEGLIGENT DRIVING. 42 year of age white male from Everett reports while walking with his family on the roadside a vehicle veered off the roadway and struck him. He stated he contacted the elderly driver at a nearby residence who stated he did not see him. The driver was gone on officer arrival. The victim stated he was not injured and declined aid. Driver re-exam requested. VICIOUS DOG AT LARGE. 3400 block of 238 St SW. 62 year of age white female from Brier reports while walking her dog on leash a dog came from its premises and attacked her dog. The victim dog was transported to veterinary hospital and found to have sustained minor injuries. The suspect dog's owner agreed to reimburse victim for expenses incurred. DECEMBER 26, 2006 FRAUD. 22800 block of 39 Pl W. 67 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) obtained his credit card information and fraudulently purchased items totaling $3,800. Pending investigation. TRAFFIC. 22500 block of Old Poplar Way. 21 year of age white female from Kenmore driving a 1988 Jeep Cherokee was stopped for speeding. Record check showed her driving status suspended. Driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree and released. Vehicle left legally parked at the scene. STOLEN VEHICLE. 21600 block of 32 Av W. 49 year of age white male from Brier reports his 48 year of age brother from Kenmore took one of his company 2000 Ford 150 Vans without permission and disconnected the GPS tracking system so it could not be located. Vehicle entered into system as stolen. DECEMBER 28, 2006 HARASSMENT. 21300 block of Poplar Way. 45 year of age white female from Brier reports her 13 year of age son receiving harassing lewd voice and text messages on his cell phone. Investigation found the calls were from an ex-girlfriend. COURT ORDER VIOLATION. 23100 block of Brier Road. White male father from Brier reports his daughter's ex-boyfriend at his residence in violation of Restraining Order. Investigation found no violation occurred. DECEMBER 16, 2006 PUBLIC ASSIST. 23100 block of 23 Av W. 46 year of age white female from Brier reports due to power outage the sewer pump station is inoperable causing sewage to flood her basement. DECEMBER 17, 2006 MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 3400 block of Alaska Road. 38 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) threw eggs at his 1998 Volvo V70 which was parked in his driveway causing damage. DECEMBER 18, 2006 THEFT. 3100 block of 228 St SW. 52 year of age Asian female from Brier reports her 43 year of age white female neighbor stealing electricity from her residence. Pending investigation. DECEMBER 19, 2006 MISSING PERSON. 2300 block of 29 Av W. 42 year of age white male from Brier reports his 14 year of age daughter missing. She returned home unharmed. MALICIOUS MISCHIEF. 21700 block of Vine Road. School official reports he found a Brier street sign on the roof of the school building. Sign returned to City. DECEMBER 20, 2006 TRAFFIC. 3500 block of 238 St SW. 25 year of age white male from Marysville driving a 1996 Chevrolet Subaru stopped for failing to stop at stop sign. Record check found his driving status suspended. Driver was cited for Driving While License Suspended 3rd Degree, Failure to Stop at Stop Sign and No Proof of Insurance and released. Vehicle left legally parked. POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY / WARRANT ARREST. 23000 block of 35 Av W. Officer observed a vehicle belonging to a 21 year of age white male from Brier known to have outstanding warrants at residence. Officer located the subject inside the residence and arrested him on outstanding warrants. Search of the subject found stolen electronic equipment. He informed officers the electronics were stolen by a 24 year of age white female from Brier. That subject was located at a motel in Edmonds and also arrested on outstanding warrants. Both parties booked into jail. He suspects his previous house cleaners. Subject was located and found to be okay. Record check found the child was listed as a Runaway. Parents of child contacted - incident settled by contact. DECEMBER 13, 2006 VEHICLE PROWL. 21900 block of 21 Pl W. 59 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his 2004 Ford pick up by smashing out the passenger side window and removed cash, electronics and gifts. VEHICLE PROWL. 2200 block of 213 Pl SW. 43 year of age white male from Brier reports unknown person(s) entered his daughter's 1993 Lexus SC300 by smashing out the passenger side window and removed a backpack containing personal items. SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCE. 22200 block of 36 Av W. Citizen reports a white male dressed in black clothing and wearing a black knit hat in the area walking through yards. The subject then knocked on a door then fled when he saw the complainant watching. Area checked with negative results. ANIMAL CRUELTY. 2900 block of 216 Pl SW. 12 year of age white male from Brier reports he observed a subject driving a white 1997, or slightly newer, Toyota pickup swerve out of his lane of travel and strike his dog causing injury. The subject then fled the scene. The dog was transported to veterinarian hospital. Pending investigation.
