Members of the public can provide comments to the Planning Commission for up to three minutes on matters not scheduled for a public hearing on tonight's agenda or any other meeting in the future.
6. NEW BUSINESS
- Planning Commission 2024 Annual Report
BMC 2.12.070 requires that the Planning Commission keep written records of its meetings and that the commission make a full report in writing to the City Council of its transactions and expenditures, if any, for the preceding year, with such general comments and recommendations as to matters within its jurisdiction that it deems appropriate.
