APPROVAL OF MINUTES:

Chairman Steele opened for consideration approval of the March 7, 2007 Planning Commission minutes. Approval of Planning Commission Minutes for March 7, 2007 was postponed until September 13, 2007 meeting.

Chairman Steele opened for consideration approval of the March 21, 2007 Planning Commission minutes. Approval of Planning Commission Minutes for March 21, 2007 was postponed until September 13, 2007 meeting.

Chairman Steele opened for consideration approval of the July 19, 2007 Planning Commission minutes. Commissioner Kim Smith moved and Commissioner Marc Olson seconded to approve the July 19, 2007 Planning Commission minutes as amended to include Marc Olson in attendance. Motion Carried.   

COMMITTEE REPORTS: None.

NEW BUSINESS:

A. Buildable Lands Report. 7:08:02 PM There was discussion regarding Snohomish County requirements and the Growth Management Act.  Chairman Steele appointed a sub committee to include herself, Commissioner Thorpe and Commissioner Olson to study the Buildable Lands Report.

B.  Allview Heights Annexation.  8:08:13 PM.  There was discussion regarding meetings with Allview Heights residents for annexation and a Notice of Intention is to be forwarded to Snohomish County.  There was also discussion of sewer systems; school districts; Fire District and potential street repair.  No action taken.

C. Urban Growth Area Boundaries.  8:22:48 PM   There was discussion.  No action taken.
