Bob ColinasThe Mayor is elected by the citizens of Brier to head the administrative branch of city government. The Mayor directs all city operations, projects and programs and administers all policies and laws adopted by the City Council. The Mayor prepares and submits the City’s annual budget, keeps the Council apprised of the City’s financial and operational status; makes reports and recommendations to the city Council; ensures that all city ordinances and resolutions are implemented and enforced; and hires all office department heads.
